Currently focuses her scientific research on the rehabilitation of ancient buildings. In the past, participated in research projects about seismic and rural fire risk communication.
Applied research and technological development activities include participation in studies of building conservation assessment and fire safety assessment in existing buildings. Also participated in the revision of the Technical Standards for Student Accommodation in Higher Education, having collaborated in the production of its Application Guide.
Frequently disseminates the results of research and development activities through documents and presentations at scientific and technical events. Has also participated in the organization of events to disseminate the results of projects and activities in which she has been involved.
Taught technical courses about the new building regulations for buildings rehabilitation.
