• Installation,  configuration, administration, and maintenance of network and  communication equipment, servers in Microsoft Windows and Linux  environments.

• VoIP@RCTS - Monitoring and implementation at LNEC of a VoIP voice communications solution within the scope of RCTS.
• Wi-Fi  - Responsible for the architecture and implementation of Wi-Fi network  in various buildings of LNEC, including installation, configuration,  administration, and maintenance of equipment and RADIUS authentication  servers.

• 2010 to 2014 - REDEP_C - Redesenho e Desmaterialização dos Processos do LNEC com vista a melhorar a qualidade do serviço a Clientes
  • Responsible  for activity 7, defining specifications and Terms of Reference,  awarding server equipment, storage, and network restructuring of LNEC  domain in Active Directory, and monitoring the reformulation of the  computer network in most of the buildings on the LNEC Campus.
• 2018 a 2021 - LNEC+Perto – Aproximação do LNEC à sociedade
  • Responsible  for activity area A5 related to the implementation of support  infrastructure, including the installation and configuration monitoring  of a Hyper-convergence and server virtualization solution, installation  and implementation monitoring of unified communications VoIP solution,  installation, configuration monitoring, and implementation of a new  Wi-Fi network solution, installation and configuration of a new  perimeter protection solution.

Other scientific and technical Activities

• Participation in various  events related to the activity of computer systems administration,  namely in several FCCN and FCT-FCCN Journeys.
• Participation in  the European Conference "High Performance Computing Consortium -- Europe  2005" "INNOVATION MATTERS," held in Heidelberg – Germany, June 2005, on  high-performance computing and Grid Computing.
