SILUC – Urban Planning and Construction Legislation Information System

SILUC is an official nationwide electronic platform that provides information on the laws and regulations applicable to the design and execution of works. The public service provided by SILUC aims to contribute to compliance with the provisions of the Legal Framework for Urbanisation and Building (Decree-Law no. 555/99, article 123).
